Shipping Policy 

ArrKann RV ships to all provinces within Canada. Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the order and the distance from our base in Alberta. Please note, shipping rates may increase with the size or weight of the product and the destination location. 

Order Processing & Shipping Times 

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. 

  • Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow a minimum of two business days for processing of both shipping and curbside pick-up orders. 

  • Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. 

Multiple Shipments 

  • If your order is fulfilled by multiple locations, you will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking numbers for each part of the order. 

  • Please refer to your shipping confirmation email and tracking numbers for details. If your tracking number does not work immediately, this may mean your parcel has not been picked up yet. Please wait up to 2 business days for the tracking to be updated. 

Shipping Delays 

  • Weather, courier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. 

  • Delivery standards and timeframes are subject to the courier's terms, and once your package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the courier to manage the delivery. 

  • We are not responsible for any delays once the shipment leaves our warehouse. 

Shipping Exclusions 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

  • Deliveries to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, or remote areas may take longer than the estimated delivery time. 

  • Items requiring ground shipping (such as hazardous, flammable, or oversize items) may be subject to additional shipping delays. 

Signature Requirement 

  • A contact person must be available to sign for deliveries between 9 AM – 5 PM. If a signature is required, the recipient must confirm receipt of the items. 

Curbside Pick-Up (Free Service) 

  • Curbside or in-store pick-up is available at all ArrKann RV locations. Orders will be available for pick-up as soon as processed, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. 

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up. 

  • Please wait until you receive this email before arriving at the store to pick up your items.

  • When picking up your order, please have your order ID and valid government-issued photo ID ready. 

  • If someone else is picking up your order, please email us in advance with their full name and order details. 

Large or Heavy Items 

  • If your order contains large or heavy items, please ensure you have the necessary assistance to load these items into your vehicle, as our staff may not be able to assist with loading. 

  • ArrKann RV is unable to install or secure items to vehicles. 

Packaging and Environmental Considerations 

  • Please be advised that due to local regulations, we do not offer complimentary plastic bags for curbside pickup. Paper bags are available for purchase in-store.
