At ArrKann RV, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Please review the return guidelines below to ensure your return request can be processed quickly and smoothly.


30-Day Return Policy for Regular-Priced Stock Items

We accept returns on most regular-priced, in-stock items within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • The item must be in resalable condition

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.


Special Order Items

Special order items are sourced specifically for individual customer requests and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please note:

  • All special order items are final sale

  • Availability is subject to supplier inventory

  • If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or a full refund

  • Special order items may require an additional 3–5 business days of processing time beyond standard orders


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, inventory, and supplier policy reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, or damaged products

  • Items missing original packaging or components

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items

  • Special order products
